Intelligent Evolution specializes on the areas of design and development of websites, search engine optimization, custom software solutions, database management, VOIP services and social media. Intelligent Evolution’s clientele ranges from trade and professional associations, the federal government, and private businesses.
Debby is a graduate of Case Western Reserve and the University of Nebraska. She has lived in Alexandria since 1986 and has held several careers. Currently, she consults as a Proposal Manager and Technical Writer/Editor for government contractors. She writes the Food News and Eatz, two columns in the Zebra newspaper.
